【摘要】 针对加氢裂化装置循环氢脱硫塔带液的问题,从工艺参数、检修情况和采样分析数据等方面进行讨论分析,得出循环氢脱硫塔带液的主要原因是塔内填料堵塞严重及贫胺液质量变差。通过清洗循环氢脱硫塔的填料和加强对贫胺液质量的监测管控,循环氢脱硫塔运行状况良好,未再出现带液情况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of liquid entrainment in the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower in hydrocracking unit is introduced.Through discussion and analysis of process parameters,maintenance and sampling analysis data,it is concluded that serious plugging of the packing in the tower and quality deterioration of the lean amine liquid are the main cause of liquid entrainment.By cleaning the packing of the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower and strengthening the monitoring and control of the lean amine liquid quality,the circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower is in good condition,and no liquid entrainment is found.更多还原
