【Abstract】 High-tech, high growth and high value-added("three Hs") firms are the engine of China economy. At the end of "13 th Five-Year Plan", it is of great value to analyze the economic status, the "three Hs" firms, and the innovation capability in Xiamen to shed light on the current measures in encouraging the innovative activities among "three Hs" firms, thereby identifying existing weakness and issues. Such an analysis entails the suggestions on how to motivate "three Hs" firms to enhance their innovation capabilities, which eventually facilitates the high quality development in Xiamen economy.更多还原
