基于CSI的摔倒检测系统
CSI-based Fall Detection System
【摘要】 摔倒是老年人受到伤害的主要原因,现有的解决方案是基于可穿戴式摔倒警报传感器,但是老年人不佩戴它们就不能起作用。针对这类情况,提出了基于信道状态信息(CSI)的摔倒检测系统。在室内环境中,运动的物体会时刻改变无线信号的传播路径,其影响结果会体现在信道状态信息数据中。系统通过对接收信号进行预处理、异常片段提取和特征提取等操作提取出与人体动作有关的环境信息,用分类算法训练分类模型,最后用测试数据集证明了该系统的有效性和可行性。利用此系统老年人可以像往常一样继续生活,而无需佩戴任何设备。
【Abstract】 Falling is the main cause of injuries to the elderly. The existing solutions are based on wearable fall alarm sensors, however, if the elderly does not wear it, thenitdoes not work. For this situation, afall detection system which isbased on CSI is proposed.In the indoor environment, moving objects change the wireless signal propagation pathconstantly, the impact results are reflected in the channel state information data.The system extracts the environmental information related to human actions through preprocessing, abnormal segment extraction and feature extraction on the received signal, and uses a classification algorithm to train the classification model. Finally, the test data set proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the system. With this system, the elderly can continue to live as usual without wearing any equipment.
