【摘要】 我国实行单一国籍制度,但一直以来也存在着支持双重国籍的呼声。通过分析双重国籍的概念、梳理我国双重国籍的历史和现状,归纳总结实施双重国籍制度的弊端和危害,论证我国实行双重国籍制度的不可行性。并对我国国籍管理工作提出对海外高技术人才和投资提供便利、营造良好的科研和投资环境,充分发挥高科技在出境入境信息平台中的作用,加大对公职人员取得第二国籍及协助他人获得双重国籍行为的惩罚力度等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 China has always implemented a single nationality strategy, but there have been calls for dual nationality. This article attempts to analyze the inherent contradictory nature of dual nationality by understanding the concept of dual nationality, combing the history and current status of dual nationality in China, and summarizes several shortcomings and harms regarding dual nationality, to demonstrate that it is not feasible to implement the dual nationality system in China. Suggestions regarding nationality management are put forward, including providing conveniences for the highly skilled and investment from overseas, creating a good environment for scientific research and investment, making good use of high technology in Exit/Entry System and intensifying the punishment of government employees for helping others to obtain a second nationality.更多还原
