【摘要】 通过文献资料法、调查研究法、逻辑分析法对群众性自行车赛事活动主要成因元素进行了分析研究,对行业政策管理与群众性赛事体制建设、组织运行与从业人员专业技能培训、产业合作与科学策划、场地设施开发与利用等方面进行了论述。提出通过业务主管机构主导行业政策规范、制度建设及标准制定,加强产业合作,引导资金积极参与群众性自行车运动赛事,强化赛事活动的宣传和引导,实现赛事活动参与者各方共赢的最终利益目的是促进我国群众性自行车赛事活动可持续健康发展的重要保证和良性运行的根本。更多还原
