【摘要】 在前期研究基础上,参考TOPSIS综合评价法,对我国互联网医患功能沟通质量进行综合评价。比较了不同患者主动程度组、不同医院级别组、不同医生职称组的沟通质量水平差异,认为在互联网医患沟通中,提升患者主动程度、选择高级别的医院和高职称的医生,对于促进互联网医患功能沟通质量水平提升具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of the previous research and referring to TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method,the quality of Internet doctor-patient instrumental communication in China was comprehensively evaluated.The different active levels of patients,hospital levels,different doctor titles were compared on group communication quality.It showed that during the Internet doctor-patient communication,improvement of the patients active level,selecting a high-level hospital and high title of doctor were of great significance for promoting the quality level of Internet doctor-patient instrumental communication.更多还原
