【Abstract】 The design of project research type quality control circle interior training curriculum is one of the important components in hospital quality management tools training system.The study focused on several key procedures,and focused on the characteristics of "two difficulties and three lacks"(difficult to understand theory,difficult to fit the operation,lack of systematic monograph,lack of high quality literature or case sharing,lack of standardized counseling),the interior training curriculum of project research type quality control circle had characteristics of "two more and one less"(moreinteraction,more practice,and less theory),which shared the training classroom practice experience,provided reference for system construction of hospital internal training course.更多还原
