【Abstract】 Starting from the case,this paper analyzed the risk points of the first diagnosis responsibility system in practice,and put forward suggestions on the implementation of the first diagnosis responsibility system.It was pointed out that medical institutions should strengthen the management of the scope of diagnosis and treatment,implement the inter-hospital medical service transfer mechanism,strictly control the continuity of in-hospital medical service,and strengthen the construction of medical ethics among medical staff.更多还原
