【摘要】 分析76家公立医院、民营医院章程制定中存在的各类问题。发现多数医院对制定章程的目的、意义不够明确,章程的体例与格式混乱,框架与内容不完整,个性化特色不鲜明,制定过程不规范等。建议医院进一步明确章程地位、规范章程体例、夯实章程内容、彰显章程个性,持续完善章程制定工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Various problems existing in the constitution of 76 public hospitals and private hospitals were analyzed.It was found that most hospitals were not clear about the purpose and meaning of the constitution,the style and format of constitution were disordered,the framework and content were incomplete,the individual characteristics were not clear,and the formulation process was not standardized.It was suggested that the hospital should further clarify the status of the constitution,standardize the constitution format,reinforce the contents of the constitution,highlight the personality of the constitution,and continue to improve the formulation of the constitution.更多还原
