钢管混凝土构件的介质多相性及导波检测

【摘要】 在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立混凝土骨料分层模型和基于Monte Carlo方法的圆形骨料模型,以此来研究钢管混凝土介质多相性导致的导波回波信号的变化;建立了钢管混凝土构件含轴向缺陷的模型,分析轴向缺陷大小导致的导波回波信号的变化。研究结果表明,增大骨料含量会使得导波回波信号幅值减小;增大骨料面积占比会使得导波传播速度增大且二者线性相关;当截面损伤率一定时,随着缺陷轴向长度的增加,缺陷响应的平稳段幅值先逐渐增加,后逐渐减小。

【Abstract】 Based on the finite element software ABAQUS, a layered model of concrete aggregates and an aggregate model based on the Monte Carlo method were established, and the influence of the heterogeneity of the concrete-filled steel tube on guided wave propagation was studied. A model of the concrete-filled steel tube with axial defects was established, and the relationship between the axial defect size and the defect echo was analyzed. It was found that the amplitude of the guided wave echo signal decreases with the increase of the aggregate area ratio, and the guided wave propagation speed increases linearly with the increase of the aggregate area ratio. When the cross-sectional damage rate is constant, as the length of the axial defect increases, the stationary segment amplitude of defect response increases first and then decreases.
