【摘要】 目的 调查分析“医教协同”背景下临床医学硕士专业学位研究生临床教学能力培养现状,探讨提升临床教学能力的有效对策。方法 采用随机抽样的方法 ,对某院2015—2017级临床医学硕士专业学位研究生和导师进行问卷调查,运用描述性统计方法 进行分析。结果 87.7%的学生表示没有承担过本科生的理论教学;54.4%的学生未参与过教学制度、规范及教学技巧的培训。结论 实习医院和医学院校应重视对临床医学硕士专业学位研究生临床教学能力的培养,采取多种措施提高临床教学能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation of clinical teaching ability training for postgraduates with a master’s degree in clinical medicine under the background of "medical education collaboration",and to explore effective countermeasures to improve clinical teaching ability.Methods A random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on postgraduates and tutors with a master’s degree in clinical medicine in the hospital from 2015 to2017,and descriptive statistical methods were used for analysis.Results 87.7% of the students stated that they had not undertaken the theoretical teaching of undergraduates;54.4% of the students had not participated in the training of teaching systems,norms and teaching skills.Conclusion Practice hospitals and medical schools should pay attention to the cultivation of clinical teaching ability of postgraduates with master’s degree in clinical medicine,and adopt various measures to improve clinical teaching ability.更多还原
