“三导向”人才培养模式下医教研一体化质量标准研究

【摘要】 临床上已经开始实施“三导向”人才培养模式,该人才培养模式在教育教学、科学研究以及临床医疗等方面已经有较深的研究和探索,而且取得了很好的研究成果,也得到了专家的高度肯定。但临床病理诊断中心医教研一体化的质量标准还是采用传统的方法 进行评价,并不能显示出“三导向”人才培养模式的优点。该文研究“三导向”人才培养模式下医教研一体化质量标准的可靠性以及有效性,另外对“三导向”人才培养模式下医教研一体化的质量标准的优势和不足进行分析和探讨。

【Abstract】 To study the quality standards of the integration of medical,teaching and research under the "three-oriented" talent training model.The clinical practice has begun to implement the "three-oriented" talent training model.This talent training model has conducted in-depth research and exploration in education and teaching,scientific research,and clinical medicine,and has achieved good research results.And also been highly affirmed by experts.However,the current quality standards for the integration of medical,teaching and research in the clinical pathological diagnosis center are still evaluated by traditional methods,which cannot show the advantages of the "three-oriented" talent training model.The artical is to study the reliability and effectiveness of the integrated quality standards for medical education and research under the "three-oriented" talent training model.In addition,it analyzes and explores the advantages and disadvantages of the integrated quality standards for medical education and research under the "three-oriented" talent training model.
