【摘要】 目的分析门诊医院感染控制管理中JCI标准的应用价值。方法从2019年11月—2020年11月该院接诊的门诊患者中随机选取90例进行研究调查。按照随机信封分组法将90例门诊患者分为两个独立小组,每组45例。参照组患者采用门诊常规感染控制管理,研究组患者采用在JCI标准下进行的门诊感染控制管理。对比两组患者经过管理后的门诊候诊时间、门诊缴费时间、门诊感染率以及管理满意度。结果在对门诊患者进行管理后,研究组患者的门诊候诊时间和门诊缴费时间均少于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的门诊感染率低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的管理满意度高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对门诊患者进行感染控制管理时,不同的管理方式产生的效果有所差异。对研究患者采用JCI标准下的门诊感染控制管理能够缩短患者等待时间,降低门诊感染率,提高管理满意度,建议在门诊管理中使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of JCI standard in outpatient hospital infection control management.Methods From November 2019 to November 2020,90 outpatients were randomly selected for research and investigation in the hospital.According to the random envelope grouping method,90 outpatients were divided into two independent groups,each with 45 cases.Patients in the reference group were managed by routine outpatient infection control,and patients in the study group were managed by outpatient infection control under JCI standards.The outpatient waiting time,outpatient payment time,outpatient infection rate and management satisfaction of the two groups of patients after management were compared.Results After the management of outpatients,the outpatient waiting time and outpatient payment time of the study group were less than those of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the outpatient infection rate of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion When carrying out infection control management for outpatients,different management methods had different effects.The use of outpatient infection control management under the JCI standard for study patients can shorten patient waiting time,reduce outpatient infection rates,and improve management satisfaction.It is recommended to be used in outpatient management.更多还原
