【摘要】 目前国内高职护理专业教育存在专业人才培养目标与护理教育层次不衔接,专业课程设置与临床护理工作岗位任务不对接、教学内容与岗位关联不紧密等问题,护理专业课程多按临床医学分科或按系统划分,而在护理人文、护患沟通、护士礼仪等人文教育方面重视不够,导致教学内容滞后于临床护理工作、理论与实践脱节、护理专业学生对护理的职业认同度较低等问题。为了提高护理专业人才培养质量,提高护理专业毕业生的就业竞争力和职业核心能力,该校护理专业联合学校实习医院开展了基于注册护士核心能力的护理专业实践教学的改革与探索,并取得较好效果。更多还原
