预约制度在超声科管理中的应用效果分析
Analysis of the Application Effect of Appointment System in the Management of Ultrasound Department
【摘要】 目的 探讨预约制度在超声科管理中的应用效果。方法 分别抽取预约制度模式(2019年1月—2020年1月,试验组)和传统流程模式(2017年12月—2018年12月,对照组)下超声检查患者,各92例,比较组间超声检查患者的检查等候用时、交费排队等候用时、检查时间充裕性评分、医师服务态度评分、就诊环境评分、等候时间评分及投诉率。结果 试验组超声检查等候用时(15.61±2.53)min、交费排队等候用时(2.05±0.48)min均较对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组检查时间充裕性评分(75.92±6.41)分、医师服务态度评分(4.64±0.42)分、就诊环境评分(4.43±0.53)分、等候时间评分(4.72±0.53)分,均较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组投诉率(1.09%),较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预约制度模式有助于提高超声检查患者的检查质量,减少其等候时间与投诉率。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the appointment system in the management of ultrasound department.Methods Separately extracted 92 cases of ultrasound examination patients under the appointment system model(January 2019 to January 2020,as the experiment group) and the traditional process model(December 2017 to December 2018,as the control group),and compared the ultrasound check,the patient’ s check-up waiting time,time spent waiting in line for payment,check-up time adequacy score,physician service attitude score,treatment environment score,waiting time score,and complaint rate between the two groups.Results The examination waiting time(15.61±2.53)min and the waiting time(2.05±0.48)min in waiting in the experiment group were shorter than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experiment group’s the examination time adequacy score was(75.92±6.41)points,physician service attitude score was(4.64±0.42)points,clinic environment score was(4.43±0.53)points,and waiting time score was(4.72±0.53)points,which were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the experiment group’s complaint rate(1.09%) was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The appointment system model is helpful to improve the quality of ultrasound examination patients and reduce their waiting time and complaint rate.
