【摘要】 目的 比较儿童医院不同层次轮转医师的沟通技能,探讨改进带教方案。方法 采用中文版SEGUE量表对2014年6月—2016年5月重庆医科大学附属儿童医院轮转的188名医学生及医师进行测评。结果 轮转医师的整体沟通技能尚可,无性别差异;临床医师沟通启动得分优于医学生组,理解患者得分低于医学生组;五年制医学生的整体沟通技能优于七年制组;进修医师的整体沟通技能优于规培及本院轮转医师,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 研究期间内轮转医师的沟通技能总体尚可,但仍有待加强,儿童医院不同层次的医学生及临床医师的沟通技能存在差异,带教老师亟需优化临床带教培训方案,进一步提升整体沟通技能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the communication skills of rotating physicians at different levels in children’s hospitals,and to explore the improvement of teaching programs.Methods The Chinese version of SEGUE was used to evaluate 188 medical students and physicians in the Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from June 2014 to May 2016.Results The overall communication skills of rotating physicians were acceptable,and there was no gender difference;the clinician s communication initiation score was better than that of the medical student group,and the comprehension patient score was lower than that of the medical student group;the overall communication skills of five-year medical students were better than the seven-year group;the overall communication skills of the advanced doctors were better than those of the regular training and the rotating physicians in this hospital,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The communication skills of the rotating physicians during the study period are generally acceptable,but still need to be strengthened.There are differences in the communication skills of medical students and clinicians at different levels of children’s hospitals.Teachers urgently need to optimize clinical teaching and training programs to further improve overall communication skills.更多还原
