【摘要】 目的 深入了解该基地第十期全国康复专科护士培训学员参加培训的体验和感受,反映该基地康复专科护士培训教学的质量和效果,为今后的持续改进提供参考。方法 用质性研究中的现象学研究法对2019年10—12月在该院进行临床实践的13名第十期全国康复专科护士学员进行半结构式深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法对所得资料进行分析并提炼主题。结果 康复专科护士培训学员对带教模式的体验归类为三大主题:多元化的带教模式、多维教学境脉、基地软实力体现。结论 该基地康复专科护士临床带教模式改革效果显著,激发学员的学习兴趣和主观能动性,今后培训模式还需结合实际情况进行调整,为学员构建更加完善的学习境脉;应当继续发挥医院软实力对培训效果的增进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To deeply understand the experience and feelings of the tenth national rehabilitation specialist nurse trainees participating in the training at the base,reflect the quality and effect of the training and teaching of the rehabilitation specialist nurse at this base,and provide references for future continuous improvement.Methods The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was used to conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with 13 trainees of the tenth National Rehabilitation Specialty Nurse who had clinical practice in the hospital from October to December 2019,using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method to analyze the information obtained and refine the theme.Results The experience of the rehabilitation specialist nurse trainees on the teaching model was classified into three themes:diversified teaching model,multi-dimensional teaching context,and the embodiment of base soft power.Conclusion The reform of the clinical teaching model of rehabilitation specialist nurses in this base has a significant effect,stimulating the students’ interest in learning and subjective initiative.In the future,the training model will need to be adjusted according to the actual situation,to build a more complete learning environment for the students;the hospital’s soft power should be continued to be enhanced for the training effect.更多还原
