【摘要】 随着社会的进步和老龄化社会进程加快,以及人们对医疗卫生需求和观念的转变,康复护理的需求增加。为满足社会对康复护理人才的需求,根据中国康复医学康复护理专业委员会要求,结合该基地实际情况,构建既适合康复临床基地实践、又顺应康复国际化趋势的康复临床专科护理培训体系,以丰富和促进康复专科护士临床实践基地培训理论的研究,并为我国康复专科基地临床实践的规范化、系统化建设提供依据,推进康复护理学科快速发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advancement of society and the accelerated process of an aging society,as well as the changes in people’s needs and concepts for medical and health care,the demand for rehabilitation care has increased.In order to meet the social demand for rehabilitation nursing talents,in accordance with the requirements of the Chinese Rehabilitation Medicine Rehabilitation Nursing Professional Committee,combined with the actual situation of the base,we will build a rehabilitation clinical specialist nursing training system that is not only suitable for the practice of rehabilitation clinical bases,but also conforms to the international trend of rehabilitation,so as to enrich and promote the research on the training theory of the clinical practice base of rehabilitation specialist nurses,and provide a basis for the standardized and systematic construction of clinical practice in the rehabilitation specialist base in our country,and promote the rapid development of rehabilitation nursing disciplines.更多还原
