【摘要】 多学科协作组(multidisciplinary team,MDT)诊疗工作在恶性肿瘤的诊治中具有积极作用,尤其是对于中晚期恶性肿瘤,可以通过多学科协作诊疗争取最佳生存获益。但多学科协作诊疗工作不同于一般的日常诊疗工作,往往涉及医院多个部门和环节,在长效机制建立、专家团队建设、规范化实施、有效运行方面存在一定的困难。德阳市人民医院以推动原发性肝癌多学科协作组诊疗工作为试点,从强化医疗组织管理、绩效考核管理、牵头人制度实施以及加强信息化建设等多方面进行探索,推动了多学科协作组诊疗工作的落地,建立了多个专业的多学科协作组团队并有效运行,取得了成功经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multidisciplinary team(MDT) plays an active role in the diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumors, especially for advanced malignant tumors. Multidisciplinary collaborative diagnosis and treatment can strive for the best survival benefit for patients with advanced malignant tumor. However, multidisciplinary cooperation is different from the general consultation work. It involves many departments and links of the hospital.It has some difficulties in the establishment of long-term mechanism,the construction of expert team, the standardized implementation and the effective operation. People’s Hospital of Deyang carried out the pilot work of multi-disciplinary cooperation group for diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer, explored from the aspects of strengthening medical organization management, performance evaluation management,implementation of the leader system, and strengthening information construction, etc., which promoted the implementation of multidisciplinary cooperation group diagnosis and treatment, established multi-disciplinary cooperation group teams and effectively operated, and achieved successful experience.更多还原
