血浆可溶性环氧化物水解酶与脑梗死的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨血浆可溶性环氧化物水解酶与脑梗死的相关性研究。方法选取2020年1—10月在医院接受治疗的脑梗死患者120例,作为研究组,患者年龄28~76岁,平均年龄(51.19±2.12)岁,男性患者65例,女性患者55例,血浆可溶性环氧化物水解酶采用ELISA检测试剂盒;并与120名健康体检者作为对照组,男性64名,女性56名,年龄28~77岁,平均年龄(51.32±4.43岁),血浆可溶性环氧化物水解酶采用ELISA检测试剂盒。结果研究组患者的高密度脂蛋白异常者(64例,53.33%)与对照组高密度脂蛋白异常者(15例,12.50%)相比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);研究组低密度脂蛋白异常者(72例,60.00%)显著高于对照组低密度脂蛋白异常者(20例,16.67%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组sEH水平(141.53±2.45)ng/mL显著高于对照组sEH水平(0.19±0.01)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。sEH与高密度脂蛋白呈负相关(r=-0.525),sEH与低密度脂蛋白异常呈现正相关。结论血浆可溶性环氧化物水解酶与脑梗死患者低密度脂蛋白异常呈现正相关,该指标水平能够提示该类患者疾病的进展,可能在血管重塑发挥重要作用。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma soluble epoxide hydrolase and cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction who were treated in the hospital from January to October 2020 were selected as the research group. The patients were 28 to 76 years old, with an average age of(51.19±2.12) years old. There were 65 male patients and 55 female patients. Plasma soluble epoxide hydrolase was detected by ELISA kit; and 120 healthy subjects were used as a control group, 64 males and 56 females, aged 28 to 77 years old, average age(51.32±4.43) years old, plasma soluble epoxide hydrolase was detected by ELISA kit. Results There was significant difference between the patients with abnormal HDL(64 cases, 53.33%) in the study group and the control group(15 cases, 12.50%) with abnormal HDL(P < 0.05); the study group’s low density patients with abnormal lipoprotein(72 cases, 60.00%) were significantly higher than those with abnormal low-density lipoprotein in the control group(20 cases, 16.67%), and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). The sEH level(141.53±2.45) ng/mL in the study group was significantly higher than the sEH level(0.19±0.01) ng/mL in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). sEH was negatively correlated with high-density lipoprotein(r=-0.525), and sEH was positively correlated with abnormal lowdensity lipoprotein. Conclusion There is a positive correlation between plasma soluble epoxide hydrolase and abnormal low density lipoprotein in patients with cerebral infarction. The level of this index can indicate the progress of the disease in patients with cerebral infarction, which may play an important role in vascular remodeling.
