【摘要】 目的探析6S管理对住院患者医院感染发生率及满意度的影响。方法在医院2017年10月—2019年10月收治的住院患者中选取360例,随机分为两组,每组180例,给予对照组护理常规管理,将6S管理给予观察组,对比两组管理的各项效果。结果两组感染情况、卫生执行的合格率、总评分、措施落实情况、药品及器械消毒、护理记录、基础护理评分、满意度对比,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将6S管理应用在医院护理管理中,取得的效果较为确切,可预防和控制感染的发生,提高护理工作的质量,提升满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of 6 S management on the incidence of nosocomial infection and satisfaction of hospitalized patients. Methods 360 patients admitted to the hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into two groups, 180 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing management, and the observation group was given 6 S management. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group was superior to the control group in infection, qualified rate of health implementation, total score, implementation of measures, disinfection of drugs and instruments, nursing records, basic nursing score and satisfaction degree, with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application of 6 S management in hospital nursing management has achieved more accurate results, which can prevent and control the occurrence of infection, improve the quality of nursing work, enhance satisfaction.更多还原
