【摘要】 目的探讨采取真菌荧光染色法诊断脂溢性皮炎(seborrheic dermatitis,SD)的价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年9月收治的疑似SD的2 114例患者及拟诊为马拉色菌感染(花斑糠诊50例,马拉色菌毛囊炎34例)患者为研究对象,采集患者的标本分别采取真菌荧光染色法与氢氧化钾(potassium hydroxide,KOH)湿片法进行检测,比较两种检测方法诊断的阳性情况及检测用时。结果采取荧光染色法检测标本的阳性率为37.70%(797例),采取KOH法检测标本阳性率为18.31%(387例),组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);荧光染色法检查头面部SD的用时较KOH法短,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);KOH法与荧光染色法对花斑糠诊检出阳性率分别为80.00%、90.00%,对比差异无统计学意义(P <0.05),KOH法与荧光染色法对马拉色菌毛囊炎检出阳性率分别为29.41%、94.12%,对比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论采取真菌荧光染色法诊断SD的价值显著,可提高诊断的阳性率及缩短检测用时。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of fungal fluorescent staining in the diagnosis of seborrheic dermatitis(SD). Methods 2 114 patients with suspected SD and suspected Malassezia infection(50 cases of macular chaff and 34 cases of Malassezia Folliculitis) admitted from January 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects, the specimens of patients were collected and detected by fungal fluorescence staining method and potassium hydroxide(KOH) wet film method respectively. The positive diagnosis and detection time of the two methods were compared. Results The positive rate of fluorescent staining method was 37.70%(797 cases) and KOH method was 18.31%(387 cases). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05); Compared with KOH method, the time of fluorescence staining was shorter(P < 0.05); The positive rates of KOH and fluorescent staining were 80.00% and 90.00% respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(P < 0.05); The positive rates of KOH and fluorescence staining were 29.41% and 94.12% respectively, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The value of fungal fluorescence staining in the diagnosis of SD is significant, it can improve the positive rate of diagnosis and shorten the detection time.更多还原
