【摘要】 通过收集并分析2016-2019年广州市出台的16份社会办医相关文件,介绍广州市支持、完善与创新社会办医的政策,并整理2013-2019年广州市民营医院的机构数量、床位数、卫生人员数、医疗服务量的相关数据。2013-2019年,广州市民营医院机构数从70家增长到138家,床位数从5482张增长到17,000张,卫生人员数从5978人增加到17,800人,诊疗人次从390.14万人次增长到649.18万人次;利用卡方检验对政策实施前后的卫生资源数据进行对比分析后发现,广州市民营医院在政策实施前后床位数、卫生人员数、医疗服务量的变化存在统计学差异(P <0.05);广州市社会办医政策取得一定成果,但仍有提升发展的空间。提出了合理规划与扶持、加强政策配套、创新社会办医发展道路等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 By collecting and analyzing 16 nongovernmental hospital relevant documents issued by Guangzhou from 2016 to 2019, this paper introduces the policies of supporting, perfecting and innovating nongovernmental hospital in Guangzhou, and collates related data of the number of institution, bed, health personnel, medical service volume of nongovernmental hospital from 2013 to 2019 in Guangzhou, which the number of institutions increased from 70 to 138, increased from 5482 to 17000 for beds, increased from 5978 to 17800 for health workers, increased from 3.9014 million person-time to 6.4918 million for diagnosis and treat. It comparatively analyzes health resources data before and after policy implementation by chi-square test. There is statistical differences in the changes of the number of bed, health personnel and the amount of medical services in nongovernmental hospital before and after policy implementation(P < 0.05). It finds that the policies of nongovernmental hospital in Guangzhou have achieved a certain results, but it still has room for improvement and development. It puts forward that reasonable planning and supporting, strengthen policy supporting, innovate the development of nongovernmental hospital and so on.更多还原
