【摘要】 高校法治教育的价值基础是个体全面发展与社会发展的客观需要,即法治教育的本体价值:促进学生对公平、正义价值观深刻体悟;法治教育的目标价值:引导学生对自由、平等价值观自主生成;法治教育的社会价值:模塑学生对秩序、稳定理念自觉认同。新时代,应在高校法治教育实践中,推进法治从理想追寻转化为个体需求,强化法治从思维方式转化为行为方式,力促法治由社会需求转化为个人信仰。基于价值基础和实施逻辑的视角研究新时代高校法治教育,为切实推进高校法治教育的整体性、根本性、实效性发展提供理论依据和实践路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The value basis of rule of law education in colleges and universities is the objective needs of comprehensive development of individuals and social development, namely, the ontological value of rule of law education to promote students’ deep understanding of the values of fairness and justice; the target value of rule of law education to guide students’ independent generation of the values of freedom and equality; the social value of rule of law education to mold students’ conscious identification with the concept of order and stability. In the new era, in the practice of rule of law education in colleges and universities, we should promote the transformation of rule of law from ideal pursuit to individual demand, strengthen the transformation of rule of law from way of thinking to way of acting, and promote the transformation of rule of law from social demand to personal belief. The study of rule of law education in colleges and universities in the new era based on the perspective of value basis and implementation logic can provide theoretical basis and practical path for effectively promoting the overall, fundamental and effective development of rule of law education in colleges and universities.更多还原
