基于人工神经网络的有源器件建模概述
Review of active device modeling based on Artificial Neural Network
【摘要】 对人工神经网络在有源器件模型建模及其应用进行了综述。论述了器件建模中引入人工神经网络的必要性,简要介绍了人工神经网络的构造和原理,针对现存人工神经网络在器件建模方面的应用进行了对比和综述;最后展望了这种方法所面临的问题和可能发展的方向。
【Abstract】 The modeling and application of neural network in active device model are reviewed. This paper discusses the necessity of neural network in device modeling, briefly introduces the structure and principle of neural network, and compares and summarizes the existing applications of neural network in device modeling. Finally, the problems and possible development direction of artificial neural network are prospected.
