【Abstract】 The modeling and application of neural network in active device model are reviewed. This paper discusses the necessity of neural network in device modeling, briefly introduces the structure and principle of neural network, and compares and summarizes the existing applications of neural network in device modeling. Finally, the problems and possible development direction of artificial neural network are prospected.更多还原
