【摘要】 在供应链金融的基础上引入第三方物流,利用第三方物流对电商平台供应链金融进行有效监督激励。从考虑对货物质量等物理属性的监督激励和对货物金融属性的激励监督两个角度入手,比较仅考虑激励与考虑监督与激励并存两种不同的情形。研究发现,第三方物流的努力程度与自身的产出呈现出"V"型关系,电商激励程度也与第三方物流金融产出系数息息相关;对于空转套利问题的激励监督机制存在一个阈值线,在阈值线的前端,激励监督系数小于仅考虑激励的均衡解,在阈值线的后端,结论相反。最后进行了算例验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, we introduced in third-party logistics on the basis of supply chain finance to leverage the former to effectively supervise and encourage the supply chain financing activities of e-commerce platforms. Specifically, we compared the two scenarios where only motivation measures were taken and where both motivation and supervision were in place over the physical attributes such as mass, etc.,and the financial attributes of the cargos. The study found that 3 PL effort level had a "V" shaped relationship with its own output, and the degree of e-commerce motivation was also closely related to the 3 PL financial output coefficient; there is a threshold line for the motivation and supervision mechanism against arbitrage through capital circulation, at the front end of which, the motivation and supervision coefficient was smaller than the equilibrium solution when only motivation was taken into account, while at the back end, the opposite was true.
