喷油参数对船舶电控柴油机黑碳排放的影响规律及权重分析

【摘要】 为了给船舶黑碳减排提供参考,基于台架试验分析喷油正时、共轨压力、预喷油量、主预喷间隔角等因素对船舶柴油机黑碳排放的影响规律,通过随机森林算法计算各影响因素的权重,结果表明:喷油正时和共轨压力对黑碳排放的影响呈"浴盆曲线"型,最佳喷油正时随轨压的增大而减小,最佳共轨压力随喷油正时的增大而减小;预喷油量由3 mg/cyc增至10 mg/cyc时,黑碳排量降低了30%~36%,主预喷间隔角增大时,黑碳排量整体先减小后增大;喷油参数中轨压对于黑碳排放的影响权重最大,喷油正时次之,预喷油量和主预喷间隔角的影响权重最小。

【Abstract】 In order to provide a reference for reduction of black carbon emission, based on bench test, the influence of injection timing, common rail pressure, pre-injection quantity, pilot-main interval angle on the black carbon emission of marine diesel engine was studied, and the weight of each influencing factor was calculated by random forest algorithm. The results showed that the influence of injection timing and common rail pressure on black carbon emission shows a "bathtub curve" shape, the best injection timing lags with the increase of rail pressure, and the best common rail pressure decreases with the advance of main injection. When the pre-injection quantity increases from 3 to 10 mg/cyc, the black carbon emission will decrease by 30%~36%; the black carbon emission decreases with the increase of pilot-main interval angle; the influence of rail pressure on black carbon emission is significant, and the influence weight of pre-injection quantity and main pilot-main interval angle is the smallest.
