【摘要】 职教教师是落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》,推动我国职业教育快速发展,办好新时代职业教育的关键因素之一。目前我国职教师资力量明显不足,严重制约了职业教育尤其是经济落后地区职业教育的发展。借鉴德国"双元制"职业教育的师资培训特点,结合我国职教师资培养现状,对比两国师资差异,对我国职教师资继续教育培训体系、开发培训课程、改善教育教学手段与方法等方面提出了建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Vocational education teachers are one of the key factors to implement the “National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan”, promote the rapid development of China’s vocational education, and run vocational education in the new era. At present, China’s vocational teachers are obviously insufficient, which severely restricts the development of vocational education, especially in economically backward areas. Drawing lessons from the teacher training characteristics of German “dual system” vocational education, combining with the current situation of vocational teacher training in my country, comparing the differences between the two countries’ teachers, suggestions are put forward on the continuing education and training system of vocational teachers in our country, the development of training courses, and the improvement of education and teaching methods and methods.更多还原
