多孔碱式硫酸镁混凝土的节能效益研究

【摘要】 碱式硫酸镁水泥是具有良好物理力学性能的新型胶凝材料,但目前对其墙体能耗研究较少,为进一步探究多孔碱式硫酸镁混凝土外墙围护结构的节能效益,通过Ecotect Analysis数值模拟软件对双层居民住宅的3种外墙围护结构进行温况节能分析。结果表明:多孔碱式硫酸镁混凝土外墙围护结构保温隔热性能均优于加气混凝土空心砖与实心黏土砖外墙围护结构;通过得失热数值模型分析得出:多孔碱式硫酸镁混凝土外墙围护结构所需空调功率与总能耗均低于实心黏土砖与加气混凝土砌块。

【Abstract】 Basic magnesium sulfate cement was a new cementitious material with good physical and mechanical properties,but there was little research on its wall energy consumption at present.In order to further explore the energy-saving benefits of porous basic magnesium sulfate concrete exterior wall envelope,this paper analyzes the temperature and energy-saving of three exterior wall envelope structures of double-layer residential buildings through Ecotect analysis numerical simulation software.The results showed that the thermal insulation performance of porous basic magnesium sulfate concrete exterior wall envelope was better than that of aerated concrete hollow brick and solid clay brick exterior wall envelope;Through the analysis of heat gain and loss numerical model,it was concluded that the air conditioning power and total energy consumption of porous basic magnesium sulfate concrete exterior wall envelope were lower than those of solid clay brick and aerated concrete block.
