基于WoS的绿色建筑风险管理研究文献计量分析
Bibliometric Analysis of Research Literatures on Green Building Risk Management Based on WoS
【摘要】 本文探索了绿色建筑风险管理主题的研究热点和研究前沿。首先,在2007―2020年WoS数据库中以"Green Building"和"risk"为关键词,检索到188篇核心文献;其次,利用文献分析工具CiteSpace V,对这些文献的研究特征、研究热点和前沿进行可视化分析。研究结果表明:(1)碳排放、土地使用、空气污染、气候变化是四个中心度较高的的研究热点;(2)成本、土地使用、阻碍、可持续发展、气候变化是最重要的五个研究主题;(3)评估系统、可持续性、绿色建筑性能是三个前沿研究方向。基于CiteSpace V的分析可以得到以下结论:(1)绿色建筑评价体系的创新和应用值得探索;(2)驱动绿色建筑可持续发展也是讨论热点;(3)绿色建筑的性能评价与优化问题需要进一步研究。
【Abstract】 This article explores the research hotspots and frontiers of green building risk management. First, in the Web of Science database from 2007 to 2020, using “Green Building” and “risk” as keywords, 188 core documents were retrieved; secondly, using the document analysis tool CiteSpace V, the research characteristics, research hotspots and visual analysis at the cutting edge. The research results show that:(1) carbon emissions, land use, air pollution, and climate change are the four research hotspots with high centrality;(2) cost, land use, obstacles, sustainable development, and climate change are the most important five research topics;(3) evaluation system, sustainability, and green building performance are three frontier research directions. Based on the analysis of CiteSpace V, the following conclusions can be drawn:(1) the innovation and application of the green building evaluation system are worth exploring;(2) driving the sustainable development of green buildings is also a hot topic of discussion;(3) the performance evaluation and optimization of green buildings need further research.
