基于物元可拓的再生利用项目安全控制阶段划分
Safety Control Stage Division of Regeneration Project Based on Matter-element Extension
【摘要】 再生利用已成为处理老旧建筑的新型建设模式,与一般新建项目相比,再生利用项目结构形式及受力特点更复杂,建设难度更大,因此安全问题繁多且不确定性较大。为保证再生利用项目有序实施,便于进行有效的安全控制,需将再生利用项目全过程划分为若干个安全控制阶段。本文根据再生利用项目全过程的工作内容,结合初步阶段划分及主要特征,运用物元可拓方法,建立再生利用项目安全控制阶段划分模型。通过比较关联度大小,将再生利用项目全过程划分为决策、设计、施工和使用四个安全控制阶段。由此管理者可根据各个阶段的不同工作内容和安全隐患采取合理的控制策略并实施有效的安全控制。
【Abstract】 Regeneration has become a new construction mode for dealing with old buildings. Compared with general new projects, the structural form and stress characteristic of the regeneration project are more complex, and the construction process is more difficult, which makes safety issues numerous and uncertain. To ensure the orderly implementation of the regeneration project and facilitate effective safety control, the whole process of a regeneration project needs to be divided into several safety control stages. According to the work content of the whole process of the regeneration project,we combine the project with the preliminary stage division and its main characteristics, apply the matter-element extension method and establish the division model for the safety control stage of the regeneration project. By comparing the correlation degree, the whole process of the regeneration project is divided into four safety control stages: decision-making stage, design stage, construction stage and use stage. Therefore, managers can adopt reasonable control strategies and implement effective safety control according to different work contents and safety hazards of each stage.
