【摘要】 以地方高职院校教师为研究对象,教师职业倦怠现状为切入点,采用李克特量表五点计分法对教师工作的满意度进行问卷调查。对问卷数据进行数理转换统计并分析,并对影响高职院校教师工作满意度的因素进行研究探讨。从社会、学校以及个人角度,提出应从提高高职教师社会地位,给予教师身份认同感;营造良好教师工作氛围,关注教师心理健康;构建教师发展合理路径,加强教师自身学习等方面缓解高职院校教师职业倦怠,提升教师工作满意度、促进教师高质量发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking teachers in local vocational colleges as research objects and proceeding from the reality of their job burnout, the five-point Likert scale was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey on teachers’ job satisfaction. The questionnaire data were converted into mathematical statistics and then analyzed, and the factors affecting teachers’ job satisfaction were studied and discussed. From the perspective of society, schools and individual, this paper puts forward the idea that higher vocational teachers’ social status should be stressed to give them a sense of identity. Good working atmosphere should be created for teachers and teachers’ mental health should be emphasized. Approaches like constructing reasonable paths for teachers’ development, strengthening their self-learning to alleviate vocational college teachers’ job burnout should be adopted to improve teachers’ job satisfaction and promoting teachers’ high-quality development.更多还原
