【摘要】 目的:探讨口腔疾病住院患者费用结构,为合理控制医疗费用的过快增长和减轻群众的费用负担提出建议。方法:结合口腔疾病自身特点,运用两个独立样本t检验和Manne Whitney秩和检验方法,比较分析医改前后样本医院口腔疾病患者的住院费用情况。结果:口腔疾病患者住院次均费用增长显著;住院费用结构日渐合理;患者个人负担比例有所下降。结论:样本医院住院患者次均费用结构有所优化,建议进一步深化医药卫生体制改革,运用信息化、精细化等现代医院管理手段,在提高医疗服务质量的同时,控制医疗费用的不合理增长,减轻群众就医负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the hospitalization expense structure of oral disease patients,in order to rationally control the rapid growth of medical expense and decrease the patient’s expense burden.Methods:Through combining with the characteristics of oral diseases,independent-samples t test and Manne Whitney U test are applied to compare the hospitalization expense of Jilin Provincial Stomatological Hospital.Results:There is a significant difference in average cost per hospitalization of oral disease patients;the structure of hospitalization expense becomes more and more rational while out-of-pocket decreases.Conclusion:Under the background of new medical reform,patient average cost per hospitalization is optimized.It is suggested to further deepen medical reform,apply modern hospital management means,such as informationization and refining management,improve medical service quality,control the irrational increase of medical expense,and ease residents’ medical burden.更多还原
