基于LPC1768的地下变压器油温监测系统

【摘要】 地下变压器具有负荷高、散热不如地面,油温的监测十分重要。设计了基于LPC1768的地下变压器油温监测系统,硬件部分由电源单元、通信模块、风机控制单元等组成;软件部分由下位机监测终端软件程序和上位机实时监测界面软件祖成。温度传感器采集温度数据上传监测终端进行计算处理,执行相应的决策。后台监测软件可以对变压器温度实时监控和查看,对风机远程控制,达到变压器降温的目的。该监测系统散热器外表喷涂石墨烯增加散热,使变压器能够有更好的降温效果。

【Abstract】 A transformer oil temperature monitoring system based on LPC1768 is designed,including hardware design and software design.The hardware part is mainly composed of a power supply unit,a communication module,and a fan control unit;the software part is divided into a lower computer monitoring terminal software program and an upper computer real-time monitoring interface software.The temperature sensor collects temperature data and uploads it to the monitoring terminal for calculation processing,executes the corresponding decision,and then uploads the data to the background host.The background monitoring software can monitor and view the temperature of the transformer in real time,and the fan can be remotely controlled to achieve the purpose of cooling the transformer.And the surface of the radiator is sprayed with graphene to increase heat dissipation,so that the transformer can have a better cooling effect.
