【摘要】 如何培养创新能力与实践能力兼备的工程人才是O2O环境的发展趋势,也是工程领域的重要课题。该文在对现有OBE人才培养模式分析的基础上提出现阶段我国OBE工程人才培养模式所存在的问题,并针对现有问题尝试提出建设性的解决方案。以OBE理念为指引,对人才培养目标进行重新定位,对人才培养课程教学设计进行改进,以提升人才培养质量为目的展开探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 How to cultivate engineering talents with both innovation ability and practical ability is the development trend of O2 O environment, and also an important topic in the field of engineering. Based on the analysis of the existing OBE talent training mode, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the current OBE engineering talent training mode in China and tries to put forward constructive solutions to the existing problems.
