青铜和陶瓷文物修复中环氧树脂粘结剂的脱除试剂筛选研究
A Study on Selection of Removal Agents for Epoxy Resin Adhesives in Restoration of Bronze and Ceramics Cultural Relics
【摘要】 在青铜和陶瓷类别文物的修复工作中,环氧树脂粘结剂是常用粘结剂之一。粘结剂有一定的使用年限,因此文物修复工作中常遇到拆除环氧树脂的需求。本次实验的目标粘结剂为"爱牢达2020",是文物修复中使用频率较高的一款环氧树脂粘结剂。此次实验的脱除试剂共有5款,分为液体试剂和膏状试剂两类。就以上化学试剂作为材料对粘结剂的理化性能的影响进行测试,通过观测密度和变形情况,以及使用扫描电镜观测它们的微观形貌变化,分析试剂对粘结剂及文物材质的影响,最后对实验效果进行排序。实验结果表明,液体试剂对粘结剂的影响效果较缓慢,膏状试剂对于粘结剂的影响效果明显,但在去除青铜样品的粘结剂时发现膏状试剂会影响铜锈,因此使用时需谨慎。从毒性角度考虑,脱除试剂含有毒性成分,文物修复工作者在使用时需注意防护。
【Abstract】 Epoxy resin adhesive is one of the commonly used adhesives in the restoration of bronze and ceramics cultural relics.As the adhesive has a limited useful life,some bonded cultural relics need to remove epoxy resin in the restoration of cultural relics.The targeted adhesive of the experiment is the "Araldite 2020",an epoxy resin adhesive frequently used in the restoration of cultural relics.Five types of removal reagents were used in this experiment,and they were divided into two categories:liquid solvents and paste solvents.The effects of the above chemical reagents on the physical and chemical properties of the adhesive were tested,and the effects of the reagents on the adhesive and the materials of cultural relics were analyzed by observing the density and the deformation degree,using a scanning electron microscope to observe their micro-morphology changes.Lastly the experiment effects were sorted and analyzed.Through the experiment,it is found that the liquid solvent has a slower effect on the adhesive,while the paste-like reagent has a significant effect on the adhesive,but this reagent will affect the copper rust when removing the surface of the bronze sample,so it is necessary to be cautious when using it.From the perspective of toxicity,the removal reagents contain toxic ingredients,therefore cultural relics restoration workers need to pay attention to self-protection when using them.
