【摘要】 本文以东盟各国为研究对象,运用超效率DEA模型和Malmquist指数评估中国对东盟OFDI效率,分析其动态变化,并运用Tobit模型进一步探究影响因素。结果表明:中国对新加坡等东盟六国的OFDI效率已达到投资有效状态;投资效率存在国别差异,且差异有上升趋势;投资效率与技术进步率变化趋势基本一致,技术进步率是影响投资效率变化的重要因素;基础设施、政治制度和资源禀赋均正向影响投资效率。文章最后基于提高投资效率提出了应重视技术创新等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper takes ASEAN countries as the object. Super-efficiency DEA model and Malmquist index is used to evaluate the efficiency of China’s OFDI in ASEAN and analyze its dynamic changes. Tobit regression model is used to further test the influencing factors. The results show that China’s OFDI efficiency to most ASEAN countries has reached the effective state of DEA. Investment efficiency varies from country to country, and the difference tends to rise. Investment efficiency is basically consistent with the trend of technological progress rate, which is an important factor affecting the change of investment efficiency. Infrastructure, political systems and resource endowments all positively affect investment efficiency. The conclusions of this paper has reference significance for improving the efficiency of investment in ASEAN. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions that should pay attention to technological innovation and so on.更多还原
