【摘要】 运用数据统计、逻辑分析等方法,研究和总结我国竞走项目发展经验,针对现阶段面临的挑战提出发展对策。发展经验:稳步统筹推进项目整体发展,逐步健全专业人才培养体系,致力提升项目科学化训练水平。面临的现实挑战:男女水平不均衡制约成绩突破,疫情影响备赛计划,备赛不充分限制选手发挥,现行培养模式阻碍人才发展。发展对策:把握发展新态势,构建竞赛新机制;强化风险防控措施,调整训练参赛计划;科技精准助力大赛,打造创新协作平台;推进"体教融合",拓宽后备人才培养;弘扬竞走职业精神,传播田径文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the methods of data statistics and logical analysis,this paper studied and summarized the development experience of race walking in China,and put forward development countermeasure for the challenge faced at this stage.The research summarized development experience as follows:steadily coordinating to promote the overall development of race walking,gradually improving the professional talent cultivating system,and striving to improve the scientific training level of the event.The challenges include the gender imbalance that limits perfomance,the normalization of the epidemic that has affected the preparation plan,the lack of preparation that limits the performance of the players,and the current training model that hinders talent development.Development countermeasure:We should grasp the new development trend of race walking to build a new competition mechanism,strengthen risk prevention and control measures to adjust the training and competition plan,make full use of the science and technology to accurately assist the competition to create a platform for innovation and collaboration,promote the integration of sports and education to broaden the cultivation of reserve talents,and carry forward the professional spirit of race walking to spread the track and field culture.更多还原
