【摘要】 运用文献资料法等,基于2022年北京冬奥会背景,研究京津冀地区冰雪体育旅游业发展背景、困境和对策。发展背景:良好外部环境、区位地理优势、政策红利扶持、资源要素禀赋。发展困境:区域部门间合作壁垒,产业链开发不足;产品单一同质性高,文化内涵较薄弱;基础设施建设滞后,商服体系不完善;标准与保障体系缺失,生态压力负荷增加。发展对策:协调区域联动发展,政府市场"双轮驱动";推动产业供给侧改革,完善服务保障体系;注重文化内涵培育,科技创新赋能助力;建设行业标准化体系,重视生态环境保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using the method of literature review,based on the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,this paper analyzed the development background,dilemma and countermeasures of ice and snow sports tourism industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Development background:It has favorable external environment,geographical advantage,policy bonus support and resource factor endowment.Dilemma:There are cooperation barriers between regional departments,and the development of industrial chain is insufficient.The products homogeneity is high,and the cultural connotation is weak.The infrastructure construction is lagging behind and the commercial service system are imperfect.The lack of standards and guarantee system increases the ecological load.Development paths:We should coordinate the inter-regional development and make the government market double-wheel drive,promote industrial supply-side reform to improve the service guarantee system,cultivate cultural connotation,and strengthen scientific and technological innovation,construct industry standardization system and pay attention to ecological conservation and environmental protection.更多还原
