α-甲基苯乙烯树脂与不同SSBR的相容性及对性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了α-甲基苯乙烯树脂(SA85)与三种不同丁苯橡胶(SSBR2466,HP355和SL553)的相容性,用玻璃化转变温度(T_g)的迁移表征了相容性的优劣。结果表明,α-甲基苯乙烯树脂SA85与SL553的相容性最好。SA85部分替代芳烃油后,SSBR2246的硫化程度降低,物理机械性能和耐磨性下降;而HP355和SL553的上述性能都有所提高。SA85树脂部分替代芳烃油使得SSBR的硫化速度加快,提高了SSBR的抗湿滑性,但对滚动阻力的影响不大。

【Abstract】 The compatibility between α-methyl styrene resin(SA85) and three kinds of styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR2466,HP355 and SL553) and the influence on properties were studied.The shift of glass transition temperature(T_g) was used to characterize the compatibility.The results showed that SA85 had the best compatibility with SL553.When SA85 partially replaced aromatic oil in SSBR2466,the M_H-M_L(representing the crosslink density),mechanical properties and wear resistance decreased, while in HP355 and SL553,the above properties improved.The partially replacement of aromatic oil with SA85 increased the vulcanization rate of SSBR,and improved the wet skip resistance of tire tread, while had little influence on rolling resistance.
