【摘要】 目的探讨责任制护理干预对肾癌合并肾衰竭组合型人工肾治疗患者的生活质量及并发症的作用。方法选取2017年9月至2020年9月我院肾癌合并肾衰竭组合型人工肾治疗患者60例,按入院时间将其分为责任制组(n=30)和常规组(n=30),常规组予以常规护理干预,责任制组在常规组的基础上予以责任制护理干预。对比两组血压情况和并发症发生率。结果干预后,责任制组血压水平较常规组低(P<0.05);责任制组并发症的发生率与常规组对比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论责任制护理干预应用于肾癌合并肾衰竭组合型人工肾治疗患者护理中,可改善血压水平,确保治疗的安全性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This paper aim to investigate the effect of responsibility nursing intervention on quality of life and complications of renal cell carcinoma and renal failure combined with renal failure. Methods 60 patients with renal cell carcinoma combined with renal failure were selected from September 2017 to September 2020,which were divided into responsibility group( n= 30) and routine group( n= 30).The blood pressure and incidence of complications before and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention,the blood pressure of the responsibility group was lower than that of the conventional group( P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups( P>0.05).Conclusion The nursing intervention of responsibility system should be used in the nursing of patients with renal cell carcinoma and renal failure combined artificial kidney therapy,which can improve the level of blood pressure and ensure the safety.更多还原
