【摘要】 率先同台湾同胞分享大陆发展机遇,促进台湾青年在大陆创业就业,对加快两岸融合发展具有深远意义。突如其来的新冠疫情给台湾青年创业和两岸人员往来带来了严峻挑战。本文以武汉地区为例,采用网络问卷和现场调研相结合的方法,了解疫情常态化背景下台湾青创企业面临的困境和应对策略,并从积极回应企业各类政策诉求、完善精准的政策供给和宣导、建立台湾青年创业的长效服务机制等方面提出建议,以期对政策的制定提供一些借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 taking the lead in sharing the development opportunities with Taiwan compatriots in Chinese Mainland,and promoting the entrepreneurship and employment of Taiwan youth are of profound significance for accelerating the integrated development across the Taiwan Straits.The unexpected outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic brought severe challenge to the entrepreneurship of Taiwan young people and the personnel exchange across the Taiwan Straits.In this paper,the Wuhan region was taken as the example,and the approach integrating both the online questionnaire and the site investigation was applied to figure out the entrepreneurship difficulties,coping strategies,and policy demands of the Taiwan youth in the pandemic environment.Meanwhile,relative suggestions were proposed as well,such as:positively respond to various appeals of the enterprises on work resumptions,provide and propagate more precise policies,establish long-term service mechanism for the startups created by Taiwan young people,hoping to provide certain references for the formulating of polices.更多还原
