【摘要】 目的 对比分析容积旋转调强放疗（VMRT）、常规静态调强放疗（IMRT）治疗对脑胶质瘤的治疗效果，为临床诊疗提供参考。方法 选取2018年2月—2019年4月在广西壮族自治区民族医院治疗的94例脑胶质瘤患者，将其分为两组。观察组47例，对照组47例；观察组应用VMRT治疗，对照组应用IMRT治疗。对比两组患者的HI、CI、临床疗效及生存率。结果 观察组患者的CI高于对照组（P <0.05），两组患者的HI差异无统计学意义（P> 0.05）；观察组患者客观缓解率为80.85%，对照组为61.70%，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）；观察组患者的半年、1年、2年生存率分别为80.85%、72.34%、53.19%，对照组患者分别为59.57%、42.55%、29.79%，差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 对脑胶质瘤患者应用VMRT治疗的CI优于IMRT，患者客观缓解率更高，且2年内生存率更高，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze their therapeutic effects ofVMRT and IMRT on patients with glioma.Method:Ninety-four patients with glioma treated in our hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selectedand divided them into two groups. There were 47 cases in the control group and 47 cases in the control group;the 47 cases in the observation group were treated with VMRT. The HI,CI,clinical efficacy and survival rate of the two groups of patients were compared.
