进口中间品技术复杂度对全要素生产率的影响研究
Research on the impact of technical complexity of imported intermediate products on total factor productivity
【摘要】 使用2005—2014年43国32个行业的面板数据,采用贸易增加值核算法,剔除了出口技术含量中的国外技术贡献,在此基础上构建并测算了体现各国各行业技术水平异质性的进口中间品技术复杂度,然后运用系统广义矩估计方法考察了中间品技术复杂度的进口产品类别及其来源地结构对全要素生产率的影响。研究得出:进口中间农产品的技术复杂度及其来源地结构均不会影响生产率;进口中间制造品的技术复杂度会起到抑制生产率的作用,来自高收入、中等偏上和偏下收入、低收入国家中间制造品的技术复杂度都会对生产率造成负面影响;进口中间服务品的技术复杂度会促进生产率的提升,并且进口高收入国家中间服务品的技术复杂度对生产率的促进效应最明显。
【Abstract】 With the panel data of 32 industries in 43 countries from 2005 to 2014 and the trade value-added kernel algorithm, excluding foreign technical contribution in the content of export technology, the paper constructs and measures the technical complexity of imported intermediate products reflecting technical heterogeneity of various industries in different countries, and uses the system GMM to examine the impact of category and source structure of imported intermediate product with technical complexity on total factor productivity. The study concludes that neither the technical complexity of imported intermediate agricultural products nor the source structure will affect productivity;the technical complexity of imported intermediate manufactured products will play a role in suppressing productivity,and the technical complexity of imported intermediate manufactured products from high-income, upper-middle and lower-middle income, and low-income countries will have a negative impact on productivity; and the technical complexity of imported intermediate service goods will promote the improvement of productivity, and the technical complexity of imported intermediate service goods from high-income countries has the most obvious promoting effect on productivity.
