真空预热处理对氮气保护高温退火取向硅钢30Q140冷轧板组织和磁性能的影响
Effect of Vacuum Conditioning Heat Treatment on Structure and Magnetic Properties of High Temperature Annealing Oriented Silicon Steel 30Q140 Cold Rolled Sheet by Nitrogen Protection
【摘要】 研究了真空预热处理温度(800、825、850、875、900℃)对取向硅钢30Q140(/%:0.035C,3.25Si,0.08Mn,0.010P,0.025S,0.023Al,0.006 5N)0.3 mm冷轧板初次再结晶组织、二次再结晶组织及磁性能的影响。结果表明,真空预热处理采用快速升温方式时,利用涂覆在钢板表面MgO涂层中Mg(OH)2的分解水可以实现取向硅钢部分脱C的目的。真空预热处理温度增加,真空预热处理+1 200℃高温退火30Q140钢平均晶粒直径先变大后变小,磁性能先变好后变差。二次再结晶组织最完善且磁性能最优的真空预热处理温度为850 ℃。
【Abstract】 The effect of vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature(800,825,850,875,900 ℃) on the primary recrystallization microstructure,secondary recrystallization structure and magnetic properties of 0.3 mm cold-rolled sheel of grain-oriented silicon steel 30 Q140(/%:0.035 C,3.25 Si,0.08 Mn,0.010 P,0.025 S,0.023 Al,0.006 5 N) is studied.The results show that the partial decarburization of grain-oriented silicon steel can be achieved by using the decomposition water of Mg(OH)2 in MgO coating on the steel sheet surface in rapid heating in vacuum conditioning heat treatment.With increasing vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature,the average grain diameter of vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature+1 200 ℃ high-temperature annealing steel 30 Q140 first increases and then decreases,and the magnetic properties first become better and then worse.The vacuum conditioning heat treatment temperature of the most perfect secondary recrystallization structure and the best magnetic property of steel is 850℃.
