不同树龄楸树种质资源的嫁接成活影响因素

【摘要】 为高效繁育保存楸树优树和古树种质资源,对来自4省22地市楸树母树的接穗嫁接成活率进行系统调查分析。研究表明,楸树优树和古树种质资源的平均嫁接成活率为30.4%,相应嫁接成活率均与其树龄和胸径呈极显著负相关,楸树接穗的年龄效应十分明显。在开展其种质资源收集保存时,应尽可能采集基部萌条。

【Abstract】 In order to efficiently breed and preserve the germplasm resources of superior trees and ancient trees of Catalpa bungei, the survival rate of scion grafting of C. bungei from 22 cities in 4 provinces was systematically investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the average grafting survival rate of superior tree and ancient tree germplasm resources of C. bungei was 30.4%,and the corresponding grafting survival rate was negatively correlated with tree age and DBH, and the age effect of scion of C. bungei was very obvious. In the collection and preservation of germplasm resources, we should collect the basal sprouts of C. bungei as much as possible.
