【Abstract】 In order to efficiently breed and preserve the germplasm resources of superior trees and ancient trees of Catalpa bungei, the survival rate of scion grafting of C. bungei from 22 cities in 4 provinces was systematically investigated and analyzed. The results showed that the average grafting survival rate of superior tree and ancient tree germplasm resources of C. bungei was 30.4%,and the corresponding grafting survival rate was negatively correlated with tree age and DBH, and the age effect of scion of C. bungei was very obvious. In the collection and preservation of germplasm resources, we should collect the basal sprouts of C. bungei as much as possible.更多还原
