【摘要】 目的回顾性分析糖尿病足溃疡患者运用负压封闭引流技术治疗的临床价值。方法选取在2018年2月—2020年2月该院收治的65例糖尿病足溃疡患者,所有患者均采用负压封闭引流技术治疗(观察组),并选择同期采用常规治疗的65例患者(对照组),对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(96.92%)高于对照组(78.46%),差异有统计学意义(χ~2=10.263,P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组溃疡面积(10.46±7.25)cm~2、换药次数(8.30±2.21)次及创面愈合时间(25.45±4.60)d均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.130、36.678、7.548,P<0.05);且观察组生存质量各指标水平均较高,差异有统计学意义(t=4.642、12.371、6.722、6.592、6.904、7.406,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足溃疡患者运用负压封闭引流技术治疗,能够提高治疗效果,减小溃疡面积,减少换药次数,缩短创面愈合时间,并且可以促进患者的生活质量得到显著提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical value of negative pressure closed drainage technology in patients with diabetic foot ulcer. Methods A total of 65 patients with diabetic foot ulcers admitted to the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected. All patients were treated with negative pressure closed drainage technology(observation group), and 65 patients who received conventional treatment during the same period were selected(control group), compare the treatment effects of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.92%) was higher than that of the control group(78.46%), the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=10.263,P<0.05); compared with the control group, the ulcer area in the observation group was(10.46±7.25)cm~2 and the number of dressing changes(8.30±2.21)times and wound healing time(25.45±4.60)d were better than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.130, 36.678, 7.548, P<0.05); and the observation group had higher quality of life indicators, the difference was statistically significant(t=4.642, 12.371, 6.722, 6.592, 6.904, 7.406, P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of diabetic foot ulcer patients with negative pressure sealing drainage technology can improve the treatment effect,reduce the area of the ulcer, reduce the number of dressing changes, shorten the wound healing time, and promote the patient’s quality of life to be significantly improved.更多还原
