【摘要】 从高质量发展的内涵出发,构建相应的评价指标体系,运用"纵横向"拉开档次评分法对2009-2019年安徽省16市发展状况进行动态评价。在此基础上,利用空间自相关分析,考察安徽省高质量发展的空间关联效应。研究发现:第一,在观测期间内,安徽省高质量发展的整体与局部水平显著提升。第二,高质量发展的空间积聚效应突出,具体表现为"南高北低"。第三,总体而言,安徽省高质量发展的空间溢出效应不显著。充分发挥发达地区的辐射作用,补齐落后地区短板,对整体提高安徽高质量发展至关重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the connotation of high-quality development, this paper constructs the corresponding evaluation index system,and uses the "vertical and horizontal" grade scoring method to evaluate the development status of 16 cities in Anhui Province dynamically from 2009 to 2019. And then we use the spatial auto-correlation analysis to investigate the spatial correlation effect of high-quality development. It finds that firstly, the overall and local level of high-quality development in Anhui province increased significantly during the observation period; secondly, the spatial accumulation effect of high-quality development is prominent, which is embodied in "high in the south and low in the north"; thirdly, the spatial spillover effect of high-quality development in Anhui Province is not significant overall. It is very important to improve the overall high-quality development of Anhui by making use of the radiation of developed areas and making up for the shortcomings of less-developed areas.更多还原
