链霉菌新物种Streptomyces wensuensis TRM68367全基因组测序及生物信息学分析

【摘要】 Streptomyces wensuensis TRM68367是一株分离自新疆阿克苏温宿县台兰河淤泥的链霉菌新物种,对其进行活性筛选发现该菌株对蜡状芽孢杆菌具有抑菌活性。本研究采用Illumina Hiseq 2000测序平台对菌株Streptomyces wensuensis TRM68367进行全基因组测序及生物信息学分析,发现TRM68367基因组大小为8 297 736 bp,GC含量为71.43%,预测到9 186个基因组开放读框(ORFs);通过对次级代谢产物进行预测分析,共预测到33个潜在次级代谢生物合成基因簇,结果表明TRM68367具有较强的产次级代谢产物的潜力,为深度挖掘次级代谢产物奠定了理论基础。

【Abstract】 Streptomyces wensuensisTRM68367 is a new species of Streptomyces isolated from the silt of the Tailan River in Wensu County, Aksu, Xinjiang. The activity screening showed that this strain has antibacterial activity against Bacillus cereus. In this study,the Illumina Hiseq 2000 sequencing platform was used to perform whole-genome sequencing and bioinformatics analysis of the strain Streptomyces wensuensis TRM68367. It was found that the size of TRM68367 genome was 8 297 736 bp, the GC content was 71.43%,and meanwhile 9 186 genome open reading frames(ORFs) were predicted; Through predictive analysis of secondary metabolites, it was found that a total of 33 potential secondary metabolic biosynthetic gene clusters were predicted. Results showed that TRM68367 has a strong potential for producing secondary metabolites, laying a theoretical foundation for in-depth mining of secondary metabolites.
