采前铺设反光膜对骏枣光合特性及果实品质的影响
Effect of mulching reflective film on photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of ‘Junzao’ jujube before harvest
【摘要】 本文研究了采前铺设不同种类反光膜对骏枣光合特性及果实品质的影响。结果表明:地表铺设反光膜提高了树冠中下部与树冠内的光照强度,以透湿性反光膜效果最佳,反光效果是银色反光膜的1.15倍,是对照的3.22倍。铺设反光膜提高了树体中下部叶片的净光合速率、气孔导度、叶绿素和氮平衡指数,降低了叶片的胞间CO2浓度、类黄酮指数,降低了果实中的可滴定酸含量,黄色饱和度。透湿性反光膜显著提高了果实的红色饱和度、色泽比、Vc含量,银色反光膜显著降低了果实的硬度、咀嚼性、弹性。综合比较,透湿性反光膜效果优于银色反光膜。
【Abstract】 This study investigated the effects of mulching different kinds of light-reflecting film on the photosynthetic characteristics and fruit quality of‘Junzao’jujube before harvest. The results showed that mulching light-reflecting film on the ground increased the light intensity of reflection in the middle and lower part of the tree canopy and inside the tree. Moisture-permeable reflective film has the best light reflection effect, which was 1.15 times that of silver reflective film and was 3.22 times higher than that of the unmulched soil. The net photosynthetic rate, stomatal conductance, chlorophyll and nitrogen balance index of the leaves under tree canopy were increased by mulching moisture-permeable reflective film and silver reflective film, the intercellular CO2 concentration and flavonoid index were decreased, the titratable acid content and yellow saturation of the fruit were reduced. The moisture-permeable reflective film significantly improved the red saturation, color ratio and vitamin C content of the fruit, the silver reflective film significantly reduced the hardness, chewiness and elasticity of the fruit. By comprehensive comparison, the effect of mulching moisture-permeable reflective film was better than that of silver reflective film.
